looking for a strong and experienced Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React.js, Python FastAPI, and databases to join our project.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand requirements and user stories independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and deliver high-quality, production-ready work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain modern, responsive UI dashboards using React.js.
Build and integrate REST APIs using Python FastAPI.
Work extensively with databases, including data retrieval, validation, processing, and verification.
Understand user stories and business requirements thoroughly and convert them into working solutions.
Work independently on assigned tasks without requiring constant guidance or step-by-step assistance.
Analyze existing code and architecture and make appropriate technical decisions.
Implement proper API-to-UI and database integrations.
Perform thorough end-to-end testing to ensure features work correctly across the complete workflow.
Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs before delivering the work.
Ensure the implementation is stable, reliable, and free from avoidable defects.
Write clear and maintainable test cases for implemented features.
Prepare necessary technical and functional documentation.
Take ownership of the complete feature lifecycle — from understanding the user story to development, database validation, testing, bug fixing, and documentation.
Required Skills
Strong experience with React.js
Strong experience with Python and FastAPI
Good understanding of SQL/databases and data validation
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
Strong understanding of frontend/backend integration
Experience with end-to-end testing and debugging
Ability to write effective unit/integration/test cases
Good understanding of software development best practices
Ability to understand user stories and requirements independently
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good documentation and communication skills

You should be comfortable understanding a user story, analyzing the requirements, deciding on the appropriate implementation approach, developing the feature, validating the data, testing it end-to-end, fixing issues, and documenting the solution.
We are not looking for someone who depends heavily on Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or other AI tools to complete development tasks. AI tools may be used as supporting tools when appropriate, but the developer must have strong fundamental programming skills and be able to understand, implement, debug, and explain their own code independently.
Quality is very important to us. Features should be properly tested and delivered with minimal defects rather than simply completing the development task.
