Full-Stack Developer for Operations Management Platform

Important: This is a multi-phase, long-term development project. The budget shown in this listing is for Phase 1 only. Each subsequent phase will have its own separate scope, timeline, and fixed price, agreed upon before that phase begins.

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build a professional, long-term Project & Business Operations Management Platform for our company.
This is NOT a one-time small project. The system will be developed progressively through multiple paid phases, and we prefer to continue working with the same developer long-term if the cooperation is successful.
PHASE 1 – Core Project & Operations Management System (Current Scope)
The first phase will include:
- Project and contract management
- Client and supplier management
- RFQ / opportunity management
- Supplier RFQs and quotations
- Supplier quotation comparison
- Purchase Orders
- Item-level tracking
- Procurement workflow
- Shipment and logistics management
- Partial shipments and deliveries
- GRN / receiving and delivery tracking
- Tasks, deadlines, alerts and project stages
- Management and employee dashboards
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), including field and record-level permissions
- Basic secure document attachments
- Audit trail / activity history
- Basic project costing, landed cost and management-only profitability visibility
- Multi-currency support
- Responsive web interface
The system must be built on a professional, scalable architecture suitable for future development. Preferred stack: Node.js / TypeScript, React and PostgreSQL, deployed on our company VPS.

Phase 2 – Advanced Cloud Document Management & Storage
Phase 3 – Mobile Application (iOS & Android)
Phase 4 – Desktop Application (Windows)
Phase 5 – Advanced Financial, Costing & Profitability System
Phase 6 – Advanced Project Management (Gantt, WBS, Critical Path, Resources, Risks, etc.)
Phase 7 – Integrations & Automation (Microsoft 365, Email, Zoho Books, Power BI, APIs, etc.)
Phase 8 – AI & Intelligent Business Assistant
IMPORTANT: The current project is primarily for Phase 1. Future phases are NOT expected to be included in the Phase 1 price. Each future phase will have its own scope, timeline, acceptance criteria and separately agreed fixed price.
We are looking for a developer who is interested in becoming a long-term technical development partner, not simply delivering the first version and leaving.
Source code, database, Git repository, VPS deployment and production credentials must remain under company ownership and control.
