Full-Stack Developer for CRM SaaS Platform- REplit

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to assist with the development, optimisation, and completion of a CRM SaaS platform currently being built on Replit.

The platform is a multi-tenant SaaS CRM designed to manage customers, bookings/jobs, users, workflows, reporting, integrations, and operational processes.

The existing application has already been substantially developed, so this is not a project starting from scratch. We need a developer who can review the current codebase, understand the existing architecture, improve performance, fix bugs, develop new features, and ensure the platform is scalable and secure.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Integration
- Review and improve the existing Replit codebase
- Full-stack frontend and backend development
- Improve application speed, performance, and code quality
- Build and maintain multi-tenant SaaS architecture
- Ensure proper tenant data separation and security
- Develop Super Admin and tenant administration functionality
- Build new CRM modules and workflows
- Work with databases, APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
- Implement user roles and permissions
- Troubleshoot bugs and improve system reliability
- Assist with deployment, testing, and future scaling

Experience with technologies commonly used in Replit projects such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL and modern API development would be highly regarded.

Experience building CRM, SaaS, ERP, booking, dispatch, inventory, or workflow management systems is strongly preferred.

We are looking for someone who can work with an existing system without unnecessarily rebuilding or changing the current UI and functionality.

This may become an ongoing development role as the SaaS platform continues to grow.
