I’m launching a cloud-based customer relationship management platform and need one talented developer to take it from concept to production. The stack is already set: Next.js for the web interface, Node.js for the API layer, and MongoDB for data storage. Everything must be architected for horizontal scaling and multi-tenant use.

Key objectives
• Design a robust database schema and REST/GraphQL API that powers role-based access for the three tiers of users: Admin, Manager, and End-user.
• Ship a polished, responsive web app in Next.js that mirrors the mobile experience.
• Deliver a single code-base mobile application with full feature parity on both iOS and Android. (If you prefer React Native, Expo, or another cross-platform solution, let me know—performance and maintainability are the priorities.)
• Set up automated testing, containerised deployment (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD so new features can be rolled out with zero downtime.
• Provide concise technical documentation and a brief hand-over session so my in-house team can keep iterating after launch.

Acceptance criteria
– All core CRM flows (contact management, pipeline tracking, activity logging, search, notifications) work smoothly across web, iOS, and Android.
– Role permissions strictly enforced: Admin sees everything, Manager sees team data, End-user sees only their own.
– Lighthouse performance score ≥90 on desktop and mobile.
– Unit, integration, and E2E tests cover at least 80 % of critical paths.
– Infrastructure spins up via one command and can withstand sudden spikes in traffic without service degradation.

If you have a proven track record with Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and cross-platform mobile delivery, I’d love to see examples of past SaaS projects that demonstrate clean architecture and scalability. Let’s build something great together.
