Our production app sits on GCP and is powered by ReactJS, a NodeJS + GraphQL API, and a growing suite of AI features—Generative models, automation pipelines, and Agentic AI modules. I now need an experienced engineer who can work end-to-end while leaning heavily on Claude Code and/or Cursor to accelerate delivery.
Your day-to-day will blend feature work and refactoring. The immediate priority is the NodeJS/GraphQL layer: tightening schema design, optimising resolvers, and exposing new endpoints that our AI services can consume. On the AI front, you’ll iterate on:
• Generative AI models that serve personalised content
• Automation processes that cut manual ops out of the loop
• Agentic AI implementations that chain and orchestrate tasks
You’ll still touch the ReactJS front-end when integration demands it, but most momentum is in the services tier and AI modules. Expect to pair with our existing ML engineer when prototyping, then own the production build, tests, and deployment through our GCP CI/CD.
Acceptance criteria for each sprint are simple: a green test suite, merged PRs, and working cloud deploys behind a feature flag. If you’re comfortable navigating the full stack with Claude Code or Cursor as force multipliers, I’d like to start our first milestone this week.
