I’m looking for a reliable Freelancer.com bidding and project-hunting specialist who can help me find and win relevant software development projects.

What you’ll do

* Search Freelancer.com for relevant projects in:
* Full-Stack Development
* React / Node.js
* MERN / MEAN
* AI / AI integrations
* SaaS development
* Web applications
* Mobile applications
* Identify projects that are a strong match for my skills and services.
* Research the client and project before recommending a bid.
* Help prepare compelling, personalized proposals.
* Avoid low-quality, unrealistic, or suspicious projects.
* Track promising opportunities and submitted proposals.
* Focus on projects with a realistic chance of conversion.

Payment Structure

Performance-based — no upfront payment.

* $20 bonus when a project is successfully awarded/landed.
* 10% commission on the amount actually received from the client’s first two completed and paid milestones.
* No payment for simply submitting bids or sending leads.
* The better the projects you find and help convert, the more you earn.

Example

If a $1,000 project is awarded:

Project landed: $20 bonus

If the first two milestones result in $600 actually being paid:

10% of $600 = $60 commission

Total earned = $80

Who I’m looking for

* Previous experience with Freelancer.com bidding/project hunting is preferred.
* Good understanding of software development projects.
* Able to identify serious clients and avoid poor-quality opportunities.
* Strong English communication.
* Understands how to write personalized proposals rather than generic AI-generated bids.
