Senior Full-Stack Developer and AI Automation Specialist (Web and Mobile)

PROJECT OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Web and Mobile Developer to build, optimize, and scale our digital platforms.
The ideal candidate possesses strong UI/IA design sensibilities, deep expertise in traditional web stack development (PHP, HTML, WordPress), mobile app development, and modern AI automation workflows (such as LLM integrations, n8n, API automation, or automated user journeys).
You will be responsible for creating intuitive, high-performing user interfaces, building seamless web and mobile applications, and implementing intelligent backend automations to streamline operations and enhance user experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Stack and WordPress Development: Custom WordPress theme/plugin development, site optimization, maintenance, and technical architecture management.
Mobile and Web App Development: Design and deploy responsive web applications and cross-platform mobile apps with clean, maintainable code.
UI / Information Architecture (IA): Craft wireframes, user flows, and intuitive, accessible interfaces tailored to high-conversion user journeys.
AI and Workflow Automation: Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and build automated workflows to enhance app functionality and operational efficiency.
Backend and Database Management: Build and maintain PHP backends, database structures, and RESTful API integrations between platforms.
Website Management and Security: Perform regular site audits, security hardening, core/plugin updates, and speed optimizations.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Frontend and Design: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, UI/UX Design, Information Architecture (IA), Responsive Web Design
Backend and CMS: PHP, MySQL, WordPress (Custom Themes, Plugins, Core API), REST APIs
Mobile Development: React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android frameworks
AI and Automation: AI API Integration, Automation tools (n8n, Make, or custom scripts), Webhooks
Tools and Management: Git, GitHub, Figma, cPanel, Server Management, Webmaster Tools
DELIVERABLES
Information Architecture layout and responsive UI mockups prior to build.
Fully functional, responsive web application/WordPress site and compiled mobile builds.
Configured AI endpoints and automated data pipelines working seamlessly within the application.
Clean code documentation, admin setup guide, and deployment setup for ongoing website management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven portfolio demonstrating custom PHP/WordPress builds alongside mobile applications.
Hands-on experience building or integrating AI-driven tools, chatbots, or automated workflows into production environments.
Strong focus on site speed, SEO best practices, and security standards.
Excellent communication skills with regular milestone updates.
