Full-Service Wedding Planning

I’m looking for an experienced planner who can take us from first idea to final farewell with true full-service support. That means developing the overall concept, sourcing and managing every vendor, tracking the budget and timeline, and being on-site to keep things running smoothly.

Scope of coordination
• Pre-wedding events such as the rehearsal dinner
• The ceremony itself
• The entire reception

You’ll be the single point of contact for venue research, contract negotiation, design choices, logistics, guest flow and all the little details we’d rather enjoy than manage. A solid network of venues, caterers, musicians, florists and photographers is essential, as is a calm, organised approach and clear communication—whether you prefer Aisle Planner, Trello, Google Workspace or another tool.
