• Off-page: a strategy for earning authoritative local backlinks and citations, plus optimization of Google Business Profile.

2. Scope & Tools
Please work comfortably with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or SEMrush, and any preferred on-page editors. All changes should comply with Google’s latest guidelines—no black-hat shortcuts.

3. Success Criteria

• Page-one rankings for our primary service + city terms within a realistic timeframe you propose.
