My B2B SaaS platform works well functionally, yet its interface now feels dated. I want to refresh the entire application—from the dashboard and user profile to every settings pane and secondary screen—in a cohesive, contemporary flat design.
The single, overarching goal is to modernize the look. While usability is already solid, the visual language needs to match current design standards and convey a cleaner, more professional feel without adding ornamental complexity. Think subtle gradients, refined typography, consistent iconography, and a meticulous design system that can scale as new features roll out.
The project involves a data-heavy SaaS application that makes extensive use of tables. The designs must support advanced filtering and pagination across dimensions not directly visible in the columns.
I will provide access to the current product, user flows, and brand assets. You’ll translate them into a fresh visual experience, ensuring components, states, and responsive behavior are clearly documented for developers. Figma or Paper Design is required for hand-off to ensure seamless implementation by my coding agent.
Deliverables:
• High-fidelity mock-ups covering every screen in desktop and tablet breakpoints
• A reusable component library / design system with color, typography, spacing, and state guidelines
• Clickable prototype demonstrating key flows for stakeholder review
• Dev-ready assets and clear hand-off notes for the engineering team
Acceptance criteria:
• Visual consistency across all screens in a flat design style
• Responsiveness validated for common viewport sizes
• Assets organized and named for straightforward engineering consumption
• Two rounds of collaborative revisions included
If this aligns with your expertise in modern SaaS UI/UX, I’m ready to share current files and timelines so we can get started right away.
