Full SaaS Healthcare Platform — Web + 2 Mobile Apps + Backend

I am looking for an experienced software developer/freelancer to build a complete healthcare management SaaS platform from scratch to production.
This is not a simple website, MVP, or basic CRUD application. The project involves a substantial backend/API, web application, two mobile applications, multiple integrations, infrastructure, security, testing, compliance, and production deployment.

Main scope

The platform includes:

- Multi-tenant SaaS architecture;
- Backend/API;
- Web application;
- Patient mobile app — iOS/Android;
- Doctor/medical-team mobile app — iOS/Android;
- Clinics, patients, professionals and permissions;
- Scheduling, appointments and surgeries;
- Clinical workflows and protocols;
- Pre-operative and post-operative workflows;
- Medical records and clinical information;
- Questionnaires, documents and photographs;
- Patient progress tracking;
- Chat and communication;
- Push/in-app/email notifications;
- CRM and sales workflows;
- AI features;
- WhatsApp integrations;
- Payments and subscriptions;
- Medical travel management;
- Flights, hotels and transfers;
- Multiple languages;
- External API integrations;
- Cloud infrastructure;
- CI/CD;
- Security, backups and monitoring;
- Automated and manual testing;
- App Store / Google Play submission and production release.
Apple & Google accounts / compliance

The project must cover the complete process from zero to production, including the company-side setup required to publish the applications.

This includes, as applicable:

- D-U-N-S request/obtention;
- Apple Developer organization account setup;
- Google Play Console organization account setup;
- Company verification;
- Identity/business verification;
- App compliance requirements;
- Store configuration;
- App privacy/compliance information;
- Certificates, signing and provisioning;
- App Store / Google Play review and submission;
- Handling review issues or rejection requirements;
- Final publication of both applications.

The developer is expected to assist with the technical and operational steps required for this process, using the client/company's own accounts and legal information.

Technologies

The following technologies are preferred but not mandatory:

- Python / Django / Django REST Framework;
- PostgreSQL;
- Redis / Celery;
- React / TypeScript;
- Flutter;
- Docker;
- Cloud infrastructure.

You may propose a different technology stack if you have a strong technical justification.
Proposal requirements

Please do not submit only a total price.
After reviewing the attached technical document, please provide:

- Estimated total hours;
- Estimated timeline;
- Total project cost;
- Hourly rate, if applicable;
- Proposed architecture/technology stack;
- Development phases;
- What you would personally handle;
- Whether additional specialists would be required;
- Main assumptions;
- Items not included in your estimate.

There is no expectation of a low budget. I am looking for a realistic professional estimate based on the actual scope and effort required.
If your estimate differs substantially from the technical effort identified in the attached documentation, please explain why.
Ideal freelancer
I am primarily looking for an experienced individual freelancer/developer with proven experience in complex software projects.

Experience with the following is highly relevant:

- SaaS platforms;
- Multi-tenant systems;
- Healthcare/healthtech;
- Complex web applications;
- REST APIs;
- iOS/Android applications;
- Flutter or equivalent;
- Third-party integrations;
- AI integrations;
- Cloud infrastructure and DevOps;
- App Store / Google Play deployment.

Individual freelancers are welcome. If you normally work with a small team or other specialists, that is also acceptable.

Generic proposals such as “I can build this for $X in X days” without technical analysis will not be useful.

The objective is to obtain a realistic estimate of the hours, timeline and investment required to build and launch the complete platform in production.
