I’m starting a brand-new residential build in Bangalore and need an experienced plumber who can take the project from blank walls to fully working taps, drains and gas points. This is full-scope work for a single-family home, so the contract covers:

• Sizing, routing and installing all fresh-water supply lines
• Complete drainage and vent system with proper slope and traps
• Safe, code-compliant gas line installation for kitchen and utility areas

I’ll supply architectural drawings; you’ll translate them into a practical plumbing layout, list materials, run the pipes, set rough-ins and return for final fixture hookup and pressure testing. Please be comfortable coordinating with my civil and electrical teams to avoid clashes in chases and shafts.

Deliverables will be signed-off drawings, installed piping ready for inspection, and a final leak-free hand-over certificate. Include a brief on the standards you follow (IS codes or equivalent) and your projected timeline. Let’s get the water flowing.
