I already have the architectural floor plan and now want it brought to life in a modern, simple style. The scope covers every corner of the house—from the welcoming living room to the last bathroom—so the final package should feel cohesive and airy throughout.

Here’s what I need you to hand over:

• Photo-realistic 3D visuals (or a short walkthrough) for every room: living room, all bedrooms, kitchen, and all bathrooms
• A clear furniture layout with dimensions that fits the plan I’ll provide
• Color, material, and lighting schemes that stay faithful to a modern-and-simple aesthetic
• A concise specification sheet listing finishes, fixtures, and key furniture pieces so I can source them locally

Use whichever tools you’re most comfortable with—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, or similar—as long as the exported files are easy for me to open later and include both still images and the native editable model.

I’ll share the DWG/PDF floor plan and reference photos once we start; feel free to suggest minor layout tweaks if they improve flow. Final files should arrive as high-resolution renders (JPEG or PNG), the original 3D model, and a PDF booklet summarising selections.
