Full Financial Statement Preparation

I need a finance professional who can take my raw transactional data, organise it into a clean trial balance, and deliver a complete set of GAAP-compliant statements. The scope covers three reports—income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement—and I’ll rely on you for both the data compilation and the analytical commentary that highlights key trends and red-flags.

What I will provide:
• Source documents or an exported general ledger in Excel/CSV
• Prior-period figures for comparison
• Any specific chart-of-accounts mapping rules I already use

What I expect back:
• Draft and final versions of all three statements in Excel and PDF
• A brief analysis memo (1-2 pages) that explains major variances, liquidity ratios, and profitability indicators
• A short call or screen-share to walk me through your methodology and findings

Tools such as Excel, Power BI, QuickBooks, or similar are fine as long as the final deliverables are editable. Please outline your process, turnaround time, and any relevant experience with financial statements preparation when you respond.
