I have a complete driving licence (labelled “DLV” on the document) that I need translated in full, field-by-field, into clear, accurate English. Every element—holder details, dates, vehicle categories, endorsements, security notes—must appear in the same order as the original, so the translated version can be checked line-by-line against the source.

Alongside the straight translation, please add brief explanatory notes for any abbreviations or category codes (for example the A, B, C vehicle classes) so a reader unfamiliar with the issuing country can understand at a glance what each code means. A separate footnote section or a short appendix is fine.

I do not require a sworn or notarised version; a precise, professional translation delivered in an editable Word file plus a clean PDF is enough.

Acceptance criteria
• All text from the licence is rendered in English with no omissions.
• Layout mirrors the original order so reviewers can cross-reference easily.
• Explanatory notes cover every code or abbreviation that appears.
• Files delivered in .docx and PDF within the agreed timeframe.

If you have experience translating government-issued IDs or licences, especially with EU or international driving documents, that will help you move quickly. Please confirm the language pair you will work with when you reply.
