I’m ready to expand my team and need someone who can manage the entire recruitment funnel for me online.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Draft and publish compelling job ads across Facebook, Reddit and any other high-traffic communities you know.
• Monitor incoming applications, sort through them quickly, then narrow the pool to the most promising profiles.
• Schedule, host, record and store each interview (Zoom, Google Meet or similar is fine) while guiding candidates through a structured conversation.
• Provide me with a concise, well-organized candidate package after each round.
DELIVERABLES I EXPECT
1. A live job post link for every platform used.
2. A shortlist spreadsheet with the candidate’s resume, up-to-date contact info and your brief assessment notes.
3. A cloud folder containing the raw interview recordings for all shortlisted applicants.
If you already have tried-and-tested sourcing tactics for Facebook Groups, subreddits or other niche communities, let me know in your proposal. Reliable communication and meticulous record-keeping are essential, but apart from that you’ll have full freedom to apply your preferred recruiting tools and workflows.
