Full CPSR for Essential Oil Blend

I’m ready to take my essential-oil blend to market and need a Full Cosmetic Product Safety Report to clear the final regulatory hurdle. I have the full formulation, each ingredient’s safety data, and the recommended usage instructions prepared and will forward them straight away.

Using that material, please compile Part A (toxicological profile, exposure, margins of safety, etc.) and Part B (your professional safety assessment and conclusion) so the file meets current EU/UK Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009 requirements. If any additional tests or refinements are necessary, list them clearly so I can arrange them without delay.
