Full Brand Identity Package Creation

Project Overview

We are Shree Lux (Luxshree Technologies Pvt Ltd), a Ghaziabad-based manufacturer of outdoor and indoor LED lighting — flood lights, street lights, high-bay lights, solar street lights, solar rooftop systems, and LED panel lights. We are ISO 9001, BIS, and CE certified, and we sell to dealers, government tenders, real estate developers, and institutional buyers across Delhi NCR and India.

We are building our brand identity from the ground up and need a complete, consistent branding package — not a series of disconnected pieces. We're looking for one designer (or a small team) who can own the whole identity so everything looks like it belongs to the same company.

We're a startup working with a limited budget, so we specifically want a package deal covering everything below, not per-item pricing. Please quote a single bundled price for the full scope.

Scope of Work
1. Logo Design
A primary logo + a simplified icon/favicon version (for app icons, WhatsApp profile, small use cases)
Explore 2-3 initial directions before we pick one to refine (we have some rough concept sketches we can share for direction, but you're free to bring your own ideas too)
Must work in full color, single color (black), and reversed (white on dark background)
Deliver in vector format (AI/EPS/SVG) plus PNG with transparent background in multiple sizes
2. Brand Colour Palette & Typography
1 primary colour + 1-2 accent colours, with hex/CMYK/RGB codes
1-2 fonts for headings and body text (must be commercially licensed or free for commercial use)
3. Product Catalogue Design (Re-design/Refresh)
We have an existing 36-page catalogue (will be shared as reference) — we need it redesigned with the new brand identity, same content structure (product pages, specs tables, certifications, company info)
Print-ready PDF + editable source file (InDesign/AI/Canva — your choice, as long as we can hand it to a printer or edit it ourselves later)
4. Visiting Card / Business Card
Front and back design
Print-ready file (CMYK, with bleed marks) for a standard India business card size
5. Company Letterhead
A4 letterhead design for official correspondence, quotations, and tender documents
Editable Word/Google Docs version AND a print-ready PDF version
6. Product Packaging Design
Box/packaging design for our LED products (flood lights, street lights, high-bay lights, solar lights) — should reflect the certifications (ISO/BIS/CE) and brand identity clearly
At least one packaging template that can be adapted across our different product categories
7. Additional Branding Essentials (please include or quote separately if not in your standard package)
Email signature template
Invoice / quotation document template
Social media profile & cover image templates (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile)
A simple one-page "Brand Guidelines" sheet — logo usage rules, colours, fonts — so our team can stay consistent going forward
What We'll Provide You
Our existing 36-page product catalogue (PDF)
Company name, tagline ideas, and product/category list
Any existing logo files we currently use (for reference, not necessarily to keep)
Certifications to feature (ISO 9001, BIS, CE, NABL)
Quick feedback within 24-48 hours at each milestone
Deliverable Format Requirements
All source files (AI, PSD, INDD, or Figma — your working format is fine as long as it's editable)
Print-ready exports (CMYK, 300 DPI, with bleed where relevant)
Web-ready exports (RGB, PNG/SVG, transparent background where relevant)
One combined PDF showing the full brand identity applied across all items (for our own reference)
Freelancer Requirements
Portfolio showing at least 2-3 previous full brand identity packages (not just individual logos) — please share links or attachments with your proposal
Experience with manufacturing, industrial, or B2B brands is a strong plus (we're not a lifestyle/consumer brand — the look should feel trustworthy and credible for tenders and institutional buyers, not trendy)
Comfortable working in milestones with revisions at each stage
Clear communication in English or Hindi
Budget & Timeline
Budget: Please quote your best package price for the full scope above. We're cost-conscious as a startup, so competitive, realistic pricing for the complete bundle will be prioritized over the lowest bid with unclear scope.
Payment structure: We're open to milestone-based payment (e.g., 30% on logo approval, 40% on catalogue/stationery, 30% on final delivery) — please propose your preferred structure.
Timeline: Looking to complete this within 3-4 weeks from kickoff, with the logo finalized in the first week so the rest of the package can build on it.
