Full-Body Cartoon Character Illustration from a mexican illustrator

I’m commissioning a vibrant, modern, full-body cartoon illustration of an original character for broad commercial use. The piece must burst with color and personality, feel unmistakably hand-crafted, and be created entirely without AI assistance—from first sketch to final polish.

I’m specifically looking for a Mexican illustrator who can infuse playful energy into clean digital line art and bold palettes. You will have creative freedom in shaping the character’s look, pose, and attitude, as long as the result feels contemporary, lively, and distinctly cartoon-styled.

To be considered, please point me to past work that showcases your strongest character pieces in a similar style. A concise note about how you approach illustration (software, tablet, traditional sketch first, etc.) is welcome, but portfolios speak loudest.
The illustrator must be from mexico please.

Deliverables
• One high-resolution illustration (minimum 4000 px tall) in layered PSD or AI file
• A flattened PNG with transparent background (RGB)
• Full transfer of commercial rights upon final payment

I will respond quickly to promising portfolios so we can lock in timeline and any extra details together. Looking forward to seeing your colors come to life!
