Full 3D House Design

I’m ready to turn my residential concept into compelling visuals and need an experienced 3D designer to handle both the exterior façade and the key interior spaces. I will supply sketches, reference images, and any measurements you need; your job is to translate them into a photorealistic model that clearly shows form, materials, lighting, and atmosphere.

I’d like the final assets to be presentation-quality so they can guide finishes and help secure stakeholder approval. Whether you prefer SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Revit, or another tool, what matters most is a clean, organized file I can revisit and a set of high-resolution renders that sell the design.

Deliverables
• Editable 3D model of the house or apartment building
• High-resolution still renders of exterior plus main interior rooms (living, kitchen, bedrooms, baths) in daylight and evening lighting
• Short fly-through or 360° views, if this fits your workflow
• Source files with textures and a simple document explaining layer or group structure
