Full 3D Architectural Model & Renders

The main purpose of this project is to create premium-quality 3D presentations for selling our apartments to potential buyers.

We need:

- Fully furnished 3D floor plans for all 28 apartments.
- Accurate room dimensions, floor areas and bedroom counts.
- Exterior views showing the exact location of each apartment within the building.
- Photorealistic interior and exterior renderings.
- Complete 3D visualization of the building, parking areas, garages and landscaping.
- Editable Revit files and preferably IFC exports.

All models must strictly follow our architectural plans and approved building permit.

We would also appreciate an optional quotation for an interactive 360° building viewer.

Freelancers must provide a fixed price with clearly defined deliverables, milestones, and revisions. High-quality, architectural accuracy, and realistic presentations are top priorities.
