Freshserver Expert for API and Customization

I need an expert in Freshserver! The freelancer must have at least 2 years of experience and comprehensive knowledge of the entire Freshserver system. They should be bilingual in Chinese and English. Tasks include creating custom fields with custom objects, working with APIs using JSON, SQL Server, Excel or CSV formats. Training sessions will be scheduled for at least 2 hours, typically at 9 or 9:30 PM Central Time, with Saturdays off. Additionally, I need to record the training sessions for future reference. The work will be conducted in English and displayed on screen during the sessions. The project requires availability for at least 5 days.
