I want to put in place a well-structured training program that helps fresh graduates move smoothly from campus life to the professional world. The focus is on creating engaging, beginner-friendly modules that introduce core concepts, practical exercises, and real-world scenarios so they are ready to add value from day one.

At this stage I’m still shaping the exact mix of content, so I’m open to including technical skills, soft-skill development, or even industry-specific refreshers depending on what you recommend after reviewing the cohort profile. Likewise, the end goal can range from pure skill development to orientation or certification prep; I’ll finalise that with you once we map out the learners’ needs.

What I do need right away is:
• A high-level curriculum outline, broken into logical sessions or weeks
• Clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes for each segment
• Suggestions for interactive elements—workshops, quizzes, mini-projects—that keep freshers engaged
• Any supporting slide decks, worksheets, or reference material you feel are essential

If you have experience designing entry-level training, onboarding academies, or graduate bootcamps—and you can show practical results—I’d love to hear how you would structure this and what tools or platforms you prefer (e.g., Google Classroom, Moodle, or a simple LMS).
