French Provincial Joinery Drafting Project

I’m building a French provincial-style home and need an experienced joinery draftsperson who can turn my ideas into accurate 2-D and 3-D documentation. To start, you’ll focus on the bathrooms and laundry; these rooms will act as a trial before we move on to the remainder of the house. For those spaces I will supply the architectural plans along with photos and hand-sketched concepts of the cabinetry so you have clear direction from the outset.

The drawings must be supplier-ready, meaning they show cabinet construction details, materials and finishes, plus all hardware, plumbing and electrical locations. Please allow for up to three revisions per room so we can fine-tune every element without surprises.

Because the files will be shared with multiple fabricators, I’ll need you to sign an NDA and agree to transfer full ownership of the finished documents to me. The overall schedule is tight—I’d like the complete house set wrapped up before month-end—so reliability and steady progress updates are essential.

Deliverables for each room
• Fully dimensioned 2-D plans, elevations and sections
• Coordinated 3-D model (preferred formats: DWG, SKP or Revit)
• Hardware, plumbing and electrical layout sheets
• Final PDF pack ready for supplier quoting
