FR/EN Pharmacy Odoo Implementation

I need a seasoned Odoo Community / OCA developer to roll out a full, bilingual (French & English) ERP for a retail pharmacy. My highest-priority domains are Accounting & Invoicing, Pharmacy Stock with POS, and HR & Payroll. All other standard pillars—document management, website, email, insurance/third-party billing, KPI dashboards, and an external sales-platform link—must slot in seamlessly.

Key functional notes
• Stock: every product must carry lot and expiry metadata, feed insurance/third-party billing, and support scheduled inventory audits.
• POS: real-time link to stock, lots, and customer insurance data.
• KPIs: sales & revenue tracking, inventory performance, and employee productivity reports should surface instantly in user-friendly BI dashboards.
• Regional specifics: compliance with local accounting/payroll rules, Mobile Money (Orange Money & Wave) payment flows, and any pharmacy/healthcare workflow nuances.

Scope of work
You will design the overall architecture, choose the right OCA modules, build or adapt anything missing, migrate legacy data, integrate external APIs (including the sales platform and mobile payments), test end-to-end, deploy to production, and provide documentation, staff training, and post-launch support in both languages.
