Project Title: Freight Shield Secure Handoff — Cinematic Explainer Video
We’re seeking a professional video creator to produce a 75–90-second cinematic explainer for Freight Shield Secure Handoff, a freight handoff and accountability workflow currently in development.
CREATIVE DIRECTION
Match the dark, cinematic tech feel of our original Freight Shield video. We will provide that video as a reference.
Use black/charcoal backgrounds, metallic-gold accents, realistic trucking and shipping environments, polished motion graphics, and clear, readable text. The voiceover should sound natural, calm, confident, and professional.
THE STORY
The video should explain why clear responsibility matters when freight changes hands.
Follow a simple scenario:
• A driver arrives to hand off a load.
• Conflicting information or missing confirmation leaves the handoff pending.
• The workflow shows the unresolved issue, responsible party, and next action.
• An unanswered request escalates to a designated backup.
• Resolution and confirmation lead to documented closure, with the history preserved.
Core message: “When freight changes hands, responsibility needs to stay clear.”
Keep the story understandable for drivers, dispatchers, brokers, shippers, and receivers. Emphasize ease of use and clear communication.
DELIVERABLES
• One 75–90-second main video in landscape format for our website and presentations.
• One 30-second social version.
• One vertical adaptation of the social version.
• Professional voiceover, music, sound effects, and captions.
• Final MP4 files and editable project/source files.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
Script and storyboard approval are required before animation begins. We will provide branding, the original video reference, and approved messaging.
Secure Handoff is in development. Proposed interface screens must be identified as concept illustrations, and the video must accurately describe intended capabilities.
Public release is planned after our provisional patent application is filed and we give final written approval. Please do not publish previews or portfolio samples before that approval.
