I am building a comprehensive certificate program that equips students to step confidently into both freight dispatching and brokering. I need a practitioner-level expert to design the curriculum, create course materials, and actually teach the class.
Scope of work
• Develop a structured syllabus that walks absolute beginners through dispatching first principles, broker compliance, and the day-to-day workflow of each role.
• Record clear, bite-sized video lessons so students can follow along online at any time.
• Lead live sessions—both online and in-person—to deepen understanding through case studies, role-play negotiations, and real-time Q&A.
• Cover all requested topics in depth:
– Finding loads and negotiating with carriers
– Broker rules, contracts, and insurance requirements
– Hands-on use of dispatch and load board software (DAT, Truckstop, popular TMS tools)
• Build practical quizzes, assignments, and a capstone dispatch-broker simulation that students must pass before certification.
• Provide branded slide decks, worksheets, templates, and a printable certificate of completion.
Acceptance criteria
1. Syllabus, lesson plans, and media files delivered in editable format.
2. Minimum of eight hours of recorded content plus two full live training days.
3. Interactive components tested and functional in our LMS before launch.
4. Certificate template approved and ready for automatic issue on course completion.
If you have successfully dispatched freight, run your own brokerage, and taught others to do the same, let’s connect so we can get this hybrid course into the marketplace.
