Freelance YouTube Video Editor Required @ Pade Raho – Finance & Investment Channel
We are looking for a reliable freelance video editor from India for a long-term YouTube channel focused on:
• Stock Market
• Investing
• Mutual Funds
• Economy & GDP
• Personal Finance
• Financial Education
Editing Style We Want
Our videos are educational and expert-led. We want a clean, professional and engaging finance YouTube style — NOT an overly flashy or cinematic style.
The editor should be able to:
• Remove unnecessary pauses, mistakes and repetitions
• Improve pacing and viewer retention
• Clean and enhance voice/audio
• Add relevant charts, graphs and screenshots
• Add relevant B-roll/images when useful
• Highlight important numbers and statements
• Add clean text/heading animations
• Use subtle zooms and transitions
• Basic colour correction
• Add appropriate background music where required
• Maintain a professional financial/educational look
• Deliver 1080p YouTube-ready videos
Typical Video
• Duration: approximately 10–20 minutes
• Talking-head / presentation-based
• Hindi / English / Hinglish
• Raw footage + script/outline will be provided
• We expect approximately 4–8 videos per month. Will confirm once we shortlist the Editor.
Budget
We are particularly interested in editors who can offer a reasonable monthly package for regular work.
Trial Assignment
Before selecting the long-term editor, we will provide approximately 3 minutes of raw footage.
The trial should demonstrate:
• Cutting & pacing
• Audio cleanup
• Text highlights
• Charts/screenshots
• B-roll selection
• Overall professional presentation
Same footage will be provided to shortlisted candidates.
