Growsoft Technologies is hiring a motivated Freelance Telemarketing and Business Development Executive on a pure commission basis.

About Us:
We provide Online Job-Oriented Software Courses at ₹15,000 per candidate. Our courses include Advanced AI Digital Course, Website Development, Android App Development, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and English Speaking. We offer Live Classes, Certificate, and Placement Support.

Role:
You will generate leads and convert working professionals into students for our online courses through telemarketing and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and follow-ups to potential students (working professionals)
Explain our courses and convince them to enroll
Generate quality leads and convert them into paying students
Maintain daily reports of calls and conversions
Work completely from home (WFH)

Payment Structure (Pure Commission):
₹7,500 will be paid for every successfully converted student (after the student makes the full payment of ₹15,000)
No fixed salary / no base pay
Earnings are completely performance-based — the more students you convert, the more you earn

Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Experience in telemarketing, sales, or business development preferred
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Must have a smartphone + stable internet connection
Available to work flexible hours from home
