Freelance Sourcing & Screening Recruiter

Our in-house hiring pipeline for IT and Technology roles is expanding, and I need a freelance recruiter who can own the front half of the funnel for both technical and non-technical positions. Day-to-day work revolves around three core activities:

• Talent discovery – Actively search on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and any other platforms matching every profile against the job description before it ever reaches our desks.
• First-round qualification – Conduct brief HR calls to confirm skills, salary expectations, notice period, and cultural fit.
• Pipeline reporting – Keep a simple tracker up to date so that my team can see status, next steps, and interview feedback at a glance.

Once a candidate passes your screening, forward the CV and call notes so our hiring managers can schedule the technical round.

Success is straightforward: a steady flow of pre-vetted candidates whose résumés align closely with each JD.
