Hiring: Freelance Senior Merchandiser – T-Shirts & Polo T-Shirts

We are looking for an experienced freelance Senior Merchandiser to support our T-shirt and polo T-shirt manufacturing and export business.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare accurate garment costing sheets covering fabric, trims, printing, embroidery, labels, packing and processing.
- Coordinate fabric sourcing, GSM, composition, colour and quality requirements.
- Manage sample development, measurements, fit comments and buyer approvals.
- Coordinate with factories, job workers and suppliers for cutting, stitching, printing, finishing and packing.
- Track production timelines, quality inspections and dispatch readiness.
- Support export-order execution, packing lists, commercial documentation coordination and shipment follow-up.
- Maintain clear order-wise costing, approval and production records.

Required experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant garment merchandising experience preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of knitted T-shirts, polo T-shirts and apparel manufacturing.
- Experience in export houses, buying houses or private-label manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to prepare independent costing sheets and manage orders from sampling to shipment.
- Strong Excel, communication and vendor coordination skills.

Payment: Negotiable per project or confirmed order, based on scope and experience. No fixed monthly salary.
