We are looking for experienced Freelance Recruiters / Recruitment Consultants based in Japan, UK, US, or Europe to support us with sourcing and recruiting experienced professionals for AI training and analysis roles.

Roles to be recruited:

AI Trainer – Customer Success Managers

Senior AI Trainer – Sales Managers / Revenue Operations (RevOps)

AI Trainer – Account Executives

AI Analyst – Small Business Owners

AI Trainer – Financial & Investment Analysts

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in recruiting candidates for the above-mentioned business and functional domains.

Strong sourcing capabilities and access to relevant talent pools.

Ability to identify and assess experienced professionals with strong domain expertise.

Good understanding of senior-level roles in Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, Account Management, Small Business, Finance, and Investment.

Experience with international recruitment is preferred.

Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
