- Assess communication skills, professionalism and suitability.
- Follow our interview questions and recruitment guidelines.
- Record interview results and provide a recommendation.
- Submit clear candidate feedback after each interview.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

- Recruitment, HR or interviewing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Good English proficiency.
- Reliable internet/phone access.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Type: Remote / Freelance
Payment: Negotiable, with options for payment per completed interview or an agreed freelance rate.
