Freelance Recruiter Needed

Our consulting practice is scaling rapidly, and I want a freelance recruiter who can step in and own the hiring function from sourcing through offer. The focus is squarely on recruiting other recruiters with proven consulting-sector experience, so an understanding of industry nuances, billing models, and client-facing soft skills is essential.

Scope of work
• Map the market and build a targeted talent pool of freelance or contract recruiters who specialise in consulting.
• Run end-to-end outreach, screening, and interview scheduling, using whatever mix of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Boolean search you find most effective.
• Present qualified shortlists with concise candidate summaries and compensation expectations.
• Advise on hiring best practices, from interview structure to offer negotiation, ensuring we secure top talent quickly.

Deliverables
1. A minimum of ten vetted recruiter profiles ready for first-round interviews within two weeks.
2. Weekly status report outlining pipeline health, candidate feedback, and next steps.
3. Final placement report once positions are filled, including lessons learned and recommendations for continuous improvement.
