Freelance Paid Advertising Specialist for Pazl.ai

We are looking for freelance paid advertising specialists to generate qualified UK business leads for Pazl.ai.

We build websites, web and mobile applications, AI agents and business automation solutions.

We are hiring for:
• Google Search Ads
• YouTube Ads
• Meta Ads — Facebook and Instagram

You can apply for one channel or a combination. Please clearly state your specialisation. YouTube applicants should demonstrate specific YouTube Ads experience.

Our target market is the United Kingdom, and all advertising will be in English. Our goal is qualified enquiries and booked sales calls from businesses interested in our services.

Our website includes Calendly booking and an AI assistant that directs prospects to WhatsApp. Tracking should distinguish clicks from actual enquiries and bookings.

Scope of work:
• Recommend a focused launch plan, audiences and campaign structure.
• Research keywords and competitors where relevant.
• Set up campaigns and conversion tracking.
• Write English ad copy and provide creative briefs.
• Optimise campaigns and report weekly on spending, leads, lead quality and cost per lead.

We are budget-conscious and prefer independent freelancers with competitive fixed monthly fees. We are open to remote applicants worldwide; proven UK campaign experience matters more than your location.

Please include:
1. Two relevant case studies, preferably UK B2B or service businesses, showing campaign spend, results and your role.
2. The channels you personally manage.
3. Your one-time setup fee and monthly management fee, excluding ad spend.
4. Whether tracking, copywriting and image/video creative production are included.
5. Your proposed first-month approach and availability.

We would start with one month, with the intention of continuing long term if the collaboration works well. Campaigns and data must remain in our company-owned advertising accounts.
