I need a clean, responsive web platform that lets clients post projects and freelancers apply with ease. The core of the site is a robust job-posting and application flow: clients create listings, tag required skills, and review incoming proposals, while freelancers browse or search vacancies that are neatly categorized by skills.

Account creation for both roles, a simple dashboard per user type, and an admin panel to moderate listings are all part of the scope. The UX should make it obvious how to move from posting to hire in as few clicks as possible. Although the first release will not include real-time chat or integrated payments, I would like the codebase structured so those modules can be added later without major refactoring.

Tech stack is flexible—Laravel, Django, or a modern JavaScript framework such as React/Next are all acceptable if you can demonstrate reliability and clean architecture. Please outline the tools you propose, the database you prefer, and how you will handle security for account data.

Deliverables:
• Fully functional website deployed on my hosting
• Source code in a Git repo with clear README
• Admin credentials and brief video walkthrough of key workflows

Acceptance criteria: all pages load under two seconds, job posts can be created and submitted end-to-end, and listings display in real time under their respective skill tags.
