Freelance Industrial Recruiter Needed

I run a Mumbai-based recruitment firm that already closes 20+ positions every month, mainly across Manufacturing, Industrial, Sales and Operations. To push that figure to 30 hires consistently, I’m adding a freelance recruiter who can own these verticals end-to-end and work purely on performance.

You’ll receive a fresh requisition, full JD, salary band and access to our Naukri database. Your job is to turn that into interview-ready talent for the Key Account Manager.

Core responsibilities
• Screen and shortlist candidates against the JD
• Conduct the first-round discussion to confirm skills, compensation fit and genuine interest
• Brief each candidate on the company, role and interview process
• Hand over only those who are fully prepped and available for immediate scheduling
• Stay in touch with the account manager so feedback loops are tight and offers close fast

Acceptance criteria
For every role assigned, deliver at least three qualified, schedule-confirmed profiles within the agreed SLA. Quality will be gauged by shortlist-to-offer ratio and candidate retention through final rounds.
