Freelance HVAC & Chiller Maintenance Experts

I need certified A0 chargeman personnel and seasoned mechanical technicians to keep a centralized HVAC & chiller system in Johor running safely and efficiently. The assignment is strictly maintenance-focused and calls for hands-on experience with large-scale chillers and their supporting equipment.

The scope covers:
• Routine inspections of electrical panels, pumps, cooling towers, and control loops
• System cleaning and preventive maintenance, including condenser tube brushing, filter changes, and lubrication
• Component replacements or upgrades when wear or performance data indicates the need

You will deliver dated service reports, a concise list of findings, and before/after photos for any part you replace or overhaul. All work must comply with Malaysian electrical and safety regulations, and downtime must be kept to a minimum so production is not interrupted.

If you hold an A0 chargeman certificate (or equivalent) and can demonstrate solid HVAC & chiller service history in Johor or similar industrial settings, I look forward to working together.
