Freelance Hiring Mobile App Development

I need an intuitive mobile application that lets clients post a job and immediately browse a shortlist of the best-matched freelancers for that specific brief. The core flow is simple: a client fills in a job post, the system analyses the requirements, and a ranked list of suitable professionals appears within seconds. From there the client can review profiles, invite people to quote, and move straight to hiring, all without leaving the app.

Must-have scope
• Native or cross-platform mobile build (iOS and Android)
• Job-posting interface with field validation and category/skill tagging
• Real-time matching engine that scores and displays freelancers based on the post details
• Search and filter tools for additional manual browsing
• Secure authentication for both client and freelancer accounts
• Admin console for managing users, jobs and matching rules

Acceptance criteria
1. A new job post instantly returns a ranked list of at least five relevant freelancers pulled from sample data.
2. Clients can save, hide or invite any suggested freelancer and see the change reflected in real time.
3. Performance: initial suggestion list must appear in under two seconds on a standard 4G connection.
4. Clean, modern UI that passes basic accessibility guidelines (WCAG AA).
5. Code, build instructions and a brief README handed over in a private repo so I can run the app locally and submit it to the stores.

Optional enhancements such as full in-app chat or extended profile pages can be discussed once the matching workflow is in place.
