Freelance GeM Portal Operator Needed

I need someone who already knows their way around the Government e-Marketplace to keep my GeM account running smoothly. Your core mission will be handling every step of order processing and the related documentation for our healthcare-product catalogue—but I will also rely on you to keep listings current, hunt for the right tenders, submit compliant bids, and stay on top of buyer queries and portal notifications.

Because this is a freelance engagement, I am flexible on hours as long as deadlines on bids, order acknowledgements, despatch updates, and payment tracking are never missed. You should be comfortable working independently, fully conversant with GeM policies and the latest procurement guidelines, and confident coordinating with government buyers when clarifications arise.

Key deliverables:
• Maintain an accurate, GeM-compliant catalogue of healthcare products
• Prepare and lodge bids/tenders on time, complete with all required annexures
• Process orders end-to-end, including invoicing, despatch and CRAC generation
• Monitor and act on portal alerts, buyer messages and payment milestones
• Provide concise weekly status reports on tenders, orders and payments
