Karnos Wellness is expanding the outreach of Aciheal, our alkaline nutritional food supplement with a focus on digestive and acidity-related nutritional support.

We are looking for a confident, persuasive and customer-friendly female Sales Executive who can turn fresh inquiries into successful customers through phone calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.

What You'll Do

- Call fresh leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Understand the customer's requirement and interest.
- Explain Aciheal clearly using our product training and sales script.
- Handle basic customer questions and objections.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into orders.
- Maintain concise and accurate notes for every lead.
- Confirm completed/eligible sales for commission processing.
- Share weekly feedback on common customer objections and questions.

What We're Looking For

- Female candidates with confident communication skills
- Good Hindi + English communication
- Marathi is an advantage
- Sales, telecalling, telesales, wellness, nutrition, FMCG or D2C experience is preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
- Persuasive but polite communication style
- Good follow-up discipline
- Ability to maintain basic lead records

- Reliable internet
- Quiet environment for calling
- Availability for regular follow-ups

Commission Structure

₹500 for every successfully completed/eligible sale.

No monthly commission cap.
The more genuine sales you close, the more you earn.

Commission eligibility and payout will be based on completed/eligible orders as per Karnos Wellness' sales policy.

Fresh Lead → Call → Understand Requirement → Explain → Handle Objection → Follow Up → Close Sale → Record Sale
