Freelance Construction Photographer / Videographer – Los Angeles

We are looking for a Los Angeles–based freelance photographer/videographer for potential ongoing work on construction, architecture, commercial interiors and high-end retail projects.

The main requirement is professional on-site photo and video capture. Editing and post-production are not necessarily required, as these may be handled separately by our internal team.

Typical assignments may include:

Construction progress photography
Exterior façades and interior spaces
Details of materials, installations and finishes
Key project milestones
Professional video footage and walkthroughs
Final project documentation
Requirements
Professional DSLR or mirrorless camera
Wide-angle lens suitable for architecture/interiors
Ability to shoot high-resolution RAW photos
Ability to record professional 4K video
Tripod
Gimbal preferred
Reliable transportation
Comfortable working on active construction sites
Experience with construction, architecture, real estate or commercial interiors is preferred
Deliverables

Depending on the assignment, we may require:
