Freelance Callers Needed — Outbound Calls to Convert Leads (Commission-Based)

We're looking for freelance callers to make outbound calls to a provided list of contacts and pitch them on a platform/service relevant to their current needs (details shared upon hiring).

What the role involves:

You'll be given a list of contacts (name + phone number) who fall into a specific target segment
Call each person, introduce the offering briefly, and encourage them to register/use it
Track and report call outcomes (connected, interested, registered, not interested, etc.)

Compensation:

Performance-based — paid per successful conversion (i.e., the number of people from your list who go on to use the platform)
Conversion rate and payout structure will be shared before you start

Ideal for:
Someone comfortable making cold/warm outbound calls
Good spoken English/Hindi communication skills
Available for short bursts of calling (lists will be time-sensitive, often tied to short deadlines)

Details of the exact product/service, script, and target list will be shared with selected freelancers before the first assignment.
