Freelance CA Required – Startup Company Registration & Initial Compliance

I am an early-stage woman founder planning to establish a technology startup in India.
My initial product is ARTYKO, a technology-based mobile application supported by a website. I am currently preparing for company incorporation and need an experienced CA / Chartered Accountant or CA professional who can provide practical, cost-effective support during the initial stage.

I am looking for a project-based engagement, rather than an expensive long-term retainer at this stage.

Initial requirements

I would like assistance with:

Company incorporation/registration
Guidance on the appropriate company structure
Incorporation documentation and filing support
MOA/AOA and related incorporation documentation, as applicable
Registered office documentation requirements
PAN/TAN and related initial registrations, as applicable
Company bank/current account opening guidance

Startup-related registration/compliance guidance, where applicable

Important

The company is at a very early stage with a limited initial budget. Therefore, I am looking for a CA who can help me keep the initial setup and recurring compliance costs practical and transparent.
