Reelytic is an existing SaaS product built to help influencer marketing agencies simplify Instagram campaign reporting and creator analytics.

Agencies running Instagram Reels campaigns often spend hours collecting performance metrics, organizing creator data, and preparing campaign reports for their brand clients.

Reelytic helps simplify this workflow through features including:

- **Reel Analysis:** Process spreadsheets containing Instagram Reel links and generate campaign engagement reports. Supports up to 2,000 Reel links in one report.
- **Profile Engagement Reports:** Analyze Instagram creator profiles and generate engagement reports.
- **Creator Database:** Organize creator information in one place.
- **Dashboard:** Access and manage reporting activities through a centralized interface.

### What You'll Do

We're looking for someone who can help us acquire paying customers among Indian influencer marketing and digital marketing agencies.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Researching and understanding potential clients from our existing list of approximately 1,000 agencies.
- Identifying the right decision-makers, such as agency founders, business owners, and influencer marketing managers.
- Contacting prospects through personalized emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other appropriate channels.
- Explaining Reelytic's value in a simple, relevant way.
- Following up with interested prospects and maintaining ongoing conversations.
- Qualifying potential customers and arranging product demonstrations.
- Working with us to address questions, handle objections, and convert interested agencies into paying customers.
- Keeping outreach, follow-ups, responses, demos, and sales progress updated in our tracking system.

This is not just a data collection role. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of outreach and help turn prospects into actual customers.

### What We're Looking For

- Experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or SaaS sales.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups.
- Good communication skills and the ability to speak with business owners and decision-makers.
- Ability to write natural, personalized outreach messages rather than generic bulk messages.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing agencies or digital marketing is a plus.
- Willingness to learn the product and understand the problems it solves.

Previous experience matters, but we're more interested in practical sales skills and the ability to generate results.

### Compensation and Payment Terms

This is a **commission-only opportunity with no fixed salary or hourly payment**.

- Earn **20% of the eligible first payment** received from each new customer you successfully bring to Reelytic.
- Commission is calculated on the eligible payment amount, excluding applicable taxes and adjusted for refunds as per the commission policy.
- Commission becomes payable only after the customer's payment is successfully received and verified.
- Commission payouts are processed within **7 business days** after payment confirmation.
- Recurring subscription renewals are not included in the current commission arrangement.
- Sales attribution and commission progress are tracked through our existing system.

Your earnings depend on the customers you successfully acquire. There is no guaranteed income.

### Initial Trial

We'll begin with a 7-day trial to evaluate how we work together.

During the trial, you'll be expected to work on an initial batch of approximately 25 relevant agencies, contact the appropriate decision-makers, follow up with interested prospects, and maintain accurate records.

We'll evaluate:

- Quality of the agencies selected and contacted.
- Personalization and quality of outreach.
- Responses and genuine interest generated.
- Follow-ups and demos arranged.
- Progress toward acquiring paying customers.

The goal is to establish a productive working relationship and continue long-term if the results and collaboration are promising.
