Freeform In-Ground Swimming Pool Design

I’m at the very first concept stage for a free-form, in-ground swimming pool and need a complete architectural and civil/structural design package that can move smoothly from vision to permitting and construction.

Scope of work
– Translate my rough ideas into a cohesive layout that optimises circulation, safety zones, decking and landscaping tie-ins.
– Produce full architectural drawings (plan, sections, elevations) in CAD, ready for local permit submission.
– Provide sealed structural calculations and reinforcement details for the shell, footing, retaining structures and any water features.
– Recommend equipment sizing (pumps, filtration, lighting) and materials compatible with the design.
– Supply a 3D model or realistic render so I can visualise the finished pool before committing to build.

Acceptance criteria
• Drawings meet current residential pool codes in my jurisdiction and are deliverable in both PDF and editable DWG formats.
• Structural set is calculation-backed and stamped (or stamp-ready) by a certified engineer.
• All dimensions, slopes and tolerances are clearly indicated to ±5 mm accuracy.
• Final deliverable package arrives complete within the agreed timeline, with one revision cycle included.

AutoCAD, Revit, or similar BIM tools are fine; just let me know your preference so we stay compatible.
