Free Platform Book Launch Website

I’m preparing to release a new book on Amazon KDP and I need a very small, easy-to-maintain website built on a completely free platform. Because I’m not a tech person, I’m relying on you to recommend whether Wix, WordPress.com, Weebly—or any other no-cost option—will be simplest for me to edit after hand-over.

ON HOME PAGE WILL DISPLAY THE BOOKS LISTING showing the first book that has been published linking to a page dedicated for the book with a link to amazon to purchase, other books as still not published will link to their dedicated page but with a link to pre-order, no payment will be taken it is just leading to a form that capture all the guest info name, email, which book he is interested in, this when a book is published i can sent an email invitation to the client according to his book preference to buy on amazon

The site’s purpose is threefold: drive traffic to my Amazon KDP page, capture pre-order emails, and keep readers in the loop through my social channels. I only need a handful of pages—think streamlined landing/home, a preorder section, and a quick “About the Author”—so please keep design lean and fast.

Core must-haves
• Seamless Amazon KDP purchase links placed prominently
• An email form that tags every signup as a “pre-order” lead inside whichever free email tool you recommend (Mailchimp, MailerLite, etc.)
• Basic on-page SEO: clean URLs, meta titles/descriptions, and an SEO plugin or settings configured so I can tweak keywords later
• Social icons or embedded feeds so visitors can follow updates instantly

Acceptance criteria
• Site is fully live on the chosen free platform under my account
• All links and forms tested and working on desktop and mobile
• Short, plain-English handover guide (screenshots or Loom video) showing me how to edit text and view captured emails
