I need a streamlined mobile application that lets me run Garena Free Fire tournaments from start to finish. The app has to cover player sign-up, automatic bracket creation, real-time match results and push notifications so gamers always know when it’s their turn. A small admin area should let me open a new event, set rules, room IDs and prizes, then watch the leaderboard populate automatically as scores come in.

Platform choice is flexible: a polished Android build, a native iOS version or a single cross-platform codebase all work for me, provided performance feels smooth and the UI reflects Free Fire’s style. I’d like the back-end kept simple—Firebase or any equally lightweight cloud stack is fine—as long as you hand over clearly commented source code and brief setup instructions.

Deliverables
• Complete, store-ready app package
• Admin back-end for event management
• Source code with documentation
• Short walkthrough call on deployment and future updates

The project is done when I can publish the app, open a sample tournament, register two test users and see their scores update live without manual intervention.
