FRAMECAD/LSF/LGSF Specialist for Industrial Project Design

We are looking for an experienced structural engineer/FRAMECAD specialist to prepare the complete LSF framing design based on the attached architectural drawings for an industrial project in Samail, Oman.

Scope of Work:

1. Administration Building
2. Main Warehouse / Industrial Hall
3. Guard House

All buildings shall be designed using the FRAMECAD cold-formed steel framing system.

Exclusion:

The separate Storage and Toilet/Service Block located at the rear of the warehouse is entirely excluded from the scope.

Required Deliverables:

* Structural design and calculations
* Complete FRAMECAD model
* Wall and roof framing layouts
* Panelization, bracing and connection details
* Member sizes and schedules
* Fabrication/shop and erection drawings
* Material/steel quantity take-off
* Foundation reactions
* Editable FRAMECAD source files and PDF drawings

Please provide:

* Lump-sum quotation
* Required completion time
* Applicable design codes and assumptions
* Number of revisions included
* Samples of similar FRAMECAD/LSF projects
* FRAMECAD software version used

The architectural drawings will be provided for review and quotation.
