Fractional Technical Lead — WeWeb, Supabase & AI Development
Castle Estate Management is developing a homeowner service coordination platform using WeWeb, Supabase, GoHighLevel, SafetyCulture, and Stripe.
We are using AI coding agents for the majority of development and are seeking an experienced technical lead to provide part-time oversight, architecture review, security validation, and occasional debugging.
This is primarily an oversight position, not a full application development contract.
Responsibilities:
* Review database architecture, authentication, and Supabase Row Level Security.
* Validate WeWeb workflows and integrations.
* Review GoHighLevel webhooks, membership onboarding, and appointment synchronization.
* Test critical homeowner and coordinator workflows.
* Identify defects, security risks, and architectural weaknesses.
* Provide written findings and approve technical readiness for launch.
* Occasionally troubleshoot issues that AI agents cannot resolve.
Requirements:
* Demonstrable production experience with WeWeb and Supabase.
* Strong PostgreSQL, authentication, and API integration knowledge.
* Experience with Stripe webhooks and subscription applications.
* Familiarity with AI-assisted development.
* Ability to explain technical problems clearly to a nontechnical founder.
Engagement: Initial paid architecture review, followed by approximately 2–4 hours weekly during development, with additional hours for prelaunch testing.
